PENRITH - BLUE MOUNTAINS ALIGN
PENRITH City Council has endorsed a regional strategic alliance with the Blue Mountains City Council which aims to aims to capitalise on opportunities that exist between the councils particularly in the areas of tourism, joint procurement, and region-wide responses to government plans. Both Blue Mountains and Penrith councils will contribute $142,500 annually towards the alliance.

WESTFIELD Parramatta recorded sales of $772 million, in 2015, representing a 5.9 per cent increase in turnover. The shopping ranked twelfth in the top 20 malls in the Shopping Centre News survey. Westfield Sydney was the top NSW shopping centre with an annual turnover of $1.1 billion, an increase of 14 per.
2570 DWELLINGS IN COMPLEX
THE eight-hectare Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park is to be transformed into a high quality integrated community of 2570 dwellings, according to a proposal by Family & Community Services. The complex will include 1886 private dwellings, 556 social housing dwellings and 128 affordable housing dwellings, which is 160 percent more than the 259 social dwellings currently on the site.

PJ Gallagher’s Irish Pub has opened on the former site of the Corner Pub and Liverpool Hotel, in the Liverpool CBD, following a $1.5 million refurbishment Patrick Gallagher has owned the 1000-square-metre site for two years.
